ODIN Caring – New Program Rollout 2023

On 10 February 2023, ODIN offered CPR/First Aid/AED training and certification to all of our employees. This employee training is part of the roll out of our ODIN Caring program with the American Red Cross.

ODIN has chosen to be a benefactor for the American Red Cross through our ODIN Caring program. We will be working closely with the local chapter of the American Red Cross of Massachusetts.

This important new program will involve our team in many different areas of giving including donations of monies as well as giving of their time.

ODIN participates annually in many charitable acts, but it was in an ‘ad hoc’ fashion. ODIN’s leadership desired to make a more formal and consistent contribution to society. And that was the birth of the ODIN Caring Program: to match the desires of our employees to be generous and thoughtful; with the needs of the community at large.
